League of Women Voters Bay Area in Search of New Secretary

The League of Women Voters of the Bay Area (LWVBA) is in search of a new secretary. The work of its Board embraces some of the most interesting and important challenges facing the nine counties comprising the Bay Area. Our very own Mary Ann Benson is the current Secretary for LWVBA and we would love for her successor to also come from within the ranks of LWVP. Mary Ann is willing to stay on until her successor is appointed and she will also help with the transition. The LWVBA Board meets monthly, currently via Zoom, and there is no travel entailed. The meetings are recorded, so the Secretary has the opportunity to check on proceedings after meetings, to assist with accuracy. For more information or if you are interested in filling this position, please reach out to Ann Draper, Chair of the LWVBA Nominating Committee at adtp@comcast.net.

Next LWVP Board Meeting December 2, 2020
