Piedmont Climate Challenge Is Back!

The Piedmont Climate Challenge is returning for a second year. From  November until Earth Day 2021 (April 22), the Challenge goal to sign up 250 new households and reduce our collective emissions by 500 tons. Log on so you can start tallying up actions and earn points for your household, your neighborhood and the League. New actions are continually being added to the website. So check in to see what you can be doing to make your household greener.
Residential energy and transportation use are  the primary causes of GHG emissions in Piedmont.Taking some actions can make a difference, and every small action counts.
Talk to your friends and other groups you are a part of about the Challenge. It's a great way to remind all of us ahow we can reduce our impact.
If you have questions, contact Nate Redinbo, Piedmont’s new climate fellow. He is here to help. To receive more Climate Action updates from the City, sign up for the Climate Action Newsletter here
